Inspired by a trip to Antwerp where Vanessa  went to an exhibition at Momu about Madame Grès. ‘How pretty are those ingenious pleats!’ . By using this details with a modern twist, It becomes one of the key design detail in this collection. Beside pleating ,Vanessa also love using ruffles, frills and flounce in her collection. These lovely details resemble the shape of those summery floral. And the colour palette along with these details hold the summer gardening theme tightly together.
